How we work_
Shape
We start with a working session and leave it with a clear brief: what we're building, what we're skipping, and what done looks like. This takes days.
Build
Design and engineering happen together, in short cycles. You see real software early and often, and your feedback lands the same week.
Ship
We launch it properly: polish, performance, monitoring, and guardrails where AI is involved.
Run
Software isn't finished at launch. We stay on to fix, tune, and improve, or hand it off cleanly to your team, as needed.
